Q.
What does a typical day look like for an after-school STEM instructor?
Our instructors lead hands-on STEM lessons at elementary and middle schools in the afternoon, typically starting between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Each session lasts about an hour and includes a mix of structured teaching, group activities, and science or engineering projects. Lesson plans and materials are provided.

Q.
How does scheduling work, and how many hours will I get?
This is a part-time role with flexible weekday scheduling. Most instructors work 15–20 hours per week, depending on availability and program needs. We try to match you with school sites close to your location and availability.
Q.

Q.
What kind of support or training will I receive?
All instructors go through an onboarding process with training on classroom management, safety protocols, and how to deliver our STEM lessons. Ongoing support is provided by our team leads, and you’ll always have access to lesson plans, supply kits, and guidance throughout your time with us.
