- Registers for or participates in one of our STEM enrichment Programs, or
- Otherwise uses or interacts with All Things Science services (collectively referred to as the “All Things Science Services,” or simply “our Services”).

- “All Things Science,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to All Things Science and its authorized team members.
- “You” or “your” refers to the parent, legal guardian, or adult user who registers or interacts with our Services.
“Child” or “children” refers to individuals under the age of 13.

All Things Science does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All student data we receive is submitted by a parent or legal guardian during the registration process. If we later discover that a child has submitted personal information without verified parental involvement, we will promptly delete that data in accordance with our policy and applicable laws.

9. International Visitors
All Things Science Services are operated and managed within the United States. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer and to the application of U.S. laws.
10. Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting children’s privacy is a priority at All Things Science. Our Services are intended for general audiences and are primarily designed for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.
All student-related information is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian for the purpose of enrollment, program coordination, or safety. We do not require or allow children to create accounts or submit personal information directly through our Services.

All Things Science may deliver programs in partnership with schools, school districts, or other organizations as an independent contractor. In such cases, All Things Science uses that information solely to provide the educational services required under our agreement with the host. We do not sell, reuse, or share that information for unrelated purposes.
Any personal information shared with us by the host organization is handled in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable data protection laws. If you have questions about how your data is used in a specific partner-hosted program, please consult the privacy policy of the hosting organization or contact them directly.
11.1. FERPA Compliance
When partnering with schools or districts, All Things Science may receive or process student information on their behalf. In such cases, we operate as a school official under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and use student data only for authorized educational purposes, consistent with our agreements with the hosting institution.

We use reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we collect through the All Things Science Services. All sensitive data is encrypted during transmission and stored securely.

You and your participant(s) agree not to use any All Things Science Services or affiliated platforms to upload, share, distribute, link to, or store content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary rights of any third party, or that encourages or facilitates the infringement of such rights.
All Things Science maintains a policy to suspend or terminate, when appropriate, the accounts of users who have repeatedly engaged in, are reasonably believed to be engaging in, or have been formally accused of engaging in intellectual property violations.
15. Your Credit Card Information and Transactions
All Things Science uses Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor, to securely handle payment transactions. When you make a payment through our Services, your credit card or banking information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored or accessible by All Things Science.
Stripe uses industry-standard security practices, including encryption and PCI-compliant protocols, to protect your financial information. Sensitive payment details such as your credit card number and security code are never stored on our servers.

16. Indemnification

(a) your or your participant’s use of any All Things Science Services or affiliated platforms, including social networking sites;
(b) your or your participant’s violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation;
(c) your or your participant’s infringement or misappropriation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights; or
(d) any user-generated content or submission made by you or your participant that causes damage or liability to a third party.

All Things Science provides its services, website, and any related content on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our website or services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disruption that may result from your use of them.
All Things Science disclaims liability for any issues arising from technical errors, communication failures, unauthorized access, or other circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to problems caused by third-party platforms or internet service disruptions.
Participation in any programs, use of our website, or submission of content is at your own risk. All Things Science is not liable for any damages arising from such participation or use.
