We partner with schools to bring high-quality, hands-on STEM programs to K–8 students across Southern California. Our programs cover subjects like robotics, rocketry, 3D printing, chemistry, biology, and more.

The Role

As an After-School STEM Instructor, you’ll lead fun, hands-on lessons for K–8 students at school campuses in your area.

You’ll manage your classroom, guide students through experiments and activities, follow structured lesson plans, and travel to schools within your assigned region.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic instructors who enjoy working with kids and are excited to make science fun.

You should have experience in education or youth programs, an interest in STEM or teaching, and feel confident leading a group. Most importantly, you should be eager to grow as an educator.

Schedule & Compensation

Our after-school classes run Monday through Friday, typically starting between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM.

You’ll be assigned a consistent weekly schedule at one or more school sites based on your availability.

Our instructors are paid $90–$110 per class, making this a great part-time opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on teaching experience while maintaining the flexibility to continue your own education.

- Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
- Thursday: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
